Roger’s experience includes appearances in both state and federal courts across the State of Texas. He has been Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specification in Personal Injury Trial Law since 1984. He has been recognized as one of Texas Monthly’s Super Lawyers on multiple occasions by Texas Monthly magazine. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum by achieving trial verdicts and settlements in excess of $1,000,000.00 in both personal injury and commercial cases. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice.

Roger W. Anderson is a 1978 graduate of Baylor University School of Law. Upon graduation, he was a briefing attorney for Chief Justice Otis Dunagan for the Texas Twelfth Court of Civil Appeals. He has devoted his professional experience to civil litigation in a wide range of areas including personal injury trial law and commercial litigation.
